WEDDING MAKEUP

Makeup Trial - $125 (2 hours)

For bride or party members. Includes a video, and before and after photos. Trials last 2 hours.

Bride Only Booking - $650 (3 hours)

No other bridal party members. Artist will be onsite for 3 hours. TRIALS MANDATORY. Must book hair and makeup trials for bride only. 50% due to book

Airbrush or traditional makeup and includes booking fee

Bride Makeup w/ Lead Makeup Artist - $300

Wedding Party Member - $120/ea

Anyone receiving services in addition to the bride. Includes airbrush or traditional makeup and customized lashes. If an attendant wants lashes only (no makeup) there is a lash application fee

Flower Girls - FREE

Complementary for kids under 5. Minimal Makeup. 10 min service.

Jr. Bridesmaids - $30/ea

For kids 12 and under. 30 min service.

Groom Skin Perfecting - $40

Groom Skin perfecting, light makeup application, and brow grooming with gel

WHY SHOULD I BOOK MKUP?

It’s in your best interest to find someone you trust and feel comfortable with to help create your bridal look. We specialize in creating a look personal to each bride. No two brides are ever the same! Our team wants to know all about your vision, from the style of the gown to the venue décor, so we can help make it a reality.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

Brides typically book anywhere from a few months to a year in advance. It’s not unusual for us to book over a year in advance. If you’re sure you’d like to reserve MKUP for your wedding day, we highly recommend you book as soon as possible.

HOW DO I BOOK?

You can easily book online by clicking here. A nonrefundable $100 retainer and a signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date. Without both, your date is not booked. A 50% deposit of the total cost is required once you have a head count. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day.

WHAT HAPPENS AT A MAKEUP TRIAL?

A makeup trial takes 1.5 hours and will be at our studio in York, PA. We’ll try out makeup looks and discuss your wedding theme, gown, and hair accessories. Please have a moisturized face. Before and after pictures will be taken.

Airbrush vs Traditional Makeup

We feel strongly about providing the best and longest-lasting makeup services. The longevity of airbrush foundation far surpasses traditional foundation. Once it’s applied correctly, you can trust it’ll last from early morning to well past your reception.

There are many formulas and brands out there. We proudly use Temptu Silicone Base. After trying many brands, we found it to be the most natural looking, as it mimics the movement of the skin when smiling, laughing, and eating. If anyone has a sensitivity to silicone, we offer a water-based vegan line as well.

If you had a bad airbrush experience in the past, don’t let this scare you. Many artists use a different formula than us. Really, it comes down to the expertise and application skills of the individual artist. We have many techniques to apply airbrush makeup that are different from the traditional techniques.

WHO’S IN AND WHAT'S GOING DOWN


Your wedding party members need to commit to you prior to you signing our contract! We can always add on services pending our availability but we can not remove services once they are contracted.

MONEY TALK


Our current rates are available on our website under Terms and Pricing. We will send you a detailed Proposal for your review based on the information you’ve provided via our Request A Quote form.

SAVE THE DATE


Once you review and are satisfied with your proposal you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure us for your date! Your contract will be sent as well and will include your DEFINITIVE wedding day services and head-counts. We cannot reserve your date without your final head-counts/contracted services as we must know how many clients we will be servicing and if they are hair or makeup only, or both to make sure we have enough staff availability.

THE DRESS REHEARSAL (TRIAL)


We will arrange your wedding trial(s) for you and anyone else in your wedding party that would like one! We will send you an informational email with a Trial Prep PDF to let you know exactly what to expect for your trials! We enjoy trials as this is when we really get to know you!

FINAL DETAILS


You will receive a Wedding Overview Questionnaire confirming your final counts and all wedding details necessary to provide you with a schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. Schedules are done about 1-2 months prior to your wedding day. Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to your wedding.
