Maggie King, and when she is unavailable, her professional makeup artists who have been trained in the MKUP way. Our artists will listen to what you want to help you feel like your most beautiful you.
Does the makeup last all day?
Yes, the makeup used is formulated to last. We have tricks up our sleeve from founder Maggie King, who has experience on film sets where long days require the makeup to hold. Curious? Come in and we’ll show you.
Do you sell makeup?
Yes, while we aren’t a makeup store, we have curated products available for retail.
Can men come to MKUP?
Absolutely! Everyone has an online profile of some kind, and no one wants to look shiny in their profile picture. We can help groom brows and offer skincare tips.
How long are appointments?
Depending on the service, our appointments range from 10 to 60 minutes. Let us know how much time you have, and we’ll make sure you’re out the door looking gorgeous in no time.
Will I look clown-y?
Can I use my own makeup products?
We have it all, but if you have a product that you’re passionate about, bring it! This goes for women who have allergies and specific skincare needs. MKUP is about you.
What if I already have makeup on?
Don’t worry, we’ll work with it or start fresh depending on how much time you have.
Can I book a group?
Sure, book a group online or call (702) 885-9756. You can book either a small group or the entire studio for a party. There’s a two week cancellation policy for groups over six people.
Can MKUP come to my house?
Sure thing. House calls are handled via credit card only. Tax and gratuity of 20% will be added. No need to worry about cash on hand. No refunds for cancellations.
Does MKUP do weddings?
Of course! On the big day, you can come to us or we can come to you. Get a quote.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards are available in store or can mailed after purchasing over the phone.
What's your cancellation policy?
When you book your appointment, we’ll ask for your credit card information in order to put a hold on your appointment. Less than a 24 hour cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and “No Shows” will be a 100% charge. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our artists/stylists’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
